As per request from the community, Horizon will be hosting an additional Shred Day event at our Lock Haven Branch on Saturday, September 10th from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. The total amount of documents securely destroyed added up to over 1.5 tons. Shredding confidential information is the safest way of preventing your identity from ending up in the wrong hands.

The first event took place on Saturday, April 30th at Horizon’s branch at 1007 East Third Street in Williamsport. To help combat identity theft, Horizon Federal Credit Union hosted two community Shred Day events, to securely destroy documents.
